Please note that payment is not refundable and no replacements will be given if cancellations are done less than 7 days before date of cake order. If more than 7 days cancellation, the deposit can be used for another order in the same year. 

HANDLING YOUR CAKE AND MORE INFO

1) If you have Chosen to pick up your cake or let another delivery service handle your cake please note that your cake care will be at your own risk once the cake(s) has left our premises.

2) If you have chosen Delivery we will ensure the safety and good condition of your cake right to your delivery venue of choice. If the cake did not arrived as desired please whatsapp 0122170697 with a photo of the cake condition and we will try our best to assist you either by coming to your venue to fix it if time permits, or to provide you with full or partial refund depending on the condition of your cake. Refund will be done only if the damage is reported right after receiving of goods with pictures.

3) Always keep cake at a straight position especially in the car.

4) Cakes should be kept in fridge if more than 3 hours of not cutting the cake. If the cake is placed at cake table and is not going to be moved it can last up to 5 hours in air cond room. We advice it to be taken out of fridge no more than 1 hour before guest arrival.

5) Cakes are best eaten at room temperature. For best texture of the cake please take out from fridge 1 hour before consumption.

6) All cakes are baked in our Pork and alcohol free Studio and all ingredients are certifies HALAL.

7) Additional cost may be incurred if customization are requested.
